We have some commonly asked questions we have answered below.
Do we offer any payment plans?
We don't offer any payment plans. All we ask is for a 10-15% deposit and the remaining paid on the day of installation.
Do we do any glass replacements?
Unfortunately, we don't do any glass replacements. Contact your local glazier and they will be able to help you with that.
What area do you service?
We service from Sorrento to Chelsea.
Do we offer a budget range?
We do not offer a budget range. We only supply high quality aluminium windows which have a substantially thick frame.
Do we have a showroom?
No, we don't have a showroom. We are a closed office, but you can look at our suppliers showroom to see the quality product you would receive.
Do we do cut outs?
Yes, we do! Nearly every second job we have to do some sort of opening alteration. We do not do any asbestos removal, electrical, plumbing or brick work, if needed.
I only need 1 window done, will you come out?
Of course, no matter how big or small the job is we are happy to help!
